Why Bithra exists
For over 10 years, I've designed and run programs that help founders start: one of the largest pre-accelerators in the region, a top-ranked accelerator, a national innovation grants program, and a founder community of 1,500+ startups.
Every time, I rebuilt the same things from scratch: selection rubrics, budgets, curricula, KPI dashboards. And every time I met someone newly asked to "set up a program," I watched them start from a blank page too.
Bithra is those tools, cleaned up and shared, so the next program starts from what already works.
A program is only as good as the founders it picks, the support it gives them, and the honesty of what it measures.
